JOB TITLE: Secure Content Associate Director
SALARY: The salary banding for this role is £62,874 - £69,860
LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: 35 hours, full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Within BCB is our Channels business, which has been built to design and deliver great end to end experiences for our clients across Digital, Telephony and marketing Channels.
You’ll be part of a team that is shaping Business and Commercial’s online banking experience, uplifting mobile app and online banking content; including product information/tools, thematic content and help and support information, leading on the content change roadmap, shaping content change and A/B tests, and delivering content upgrades to help achieve business objectives.
You’ll be accountable for delivering and managing the backlog and roadmap of content changes across the business mobile app and online banking (secure sites). You’ll own funding line and budgets for Secure Content change. Work closely with customers to shape secure roadmap.
You’ll contribute to the overall performance and design standards of the secure sites, suggesting innovative ideas to make the existing experience better or suggesting new ideas to uplift customer experience and performance. Whilst using Adobe analytics to glean insights from existing customer behaviour to inform your thinking and recommendations.
