Job Summary:
The role of Business Operations Associate is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the Data Solutions business. You will support the business day to day operations by developing, implementing and monitoring new processes. You will support the business strategy and growth through Strategic Partnerships and special projects. Reporting to the COO for Data Solutions, and partnering with the Data Solutions Management and Product Organizations, this role requires strong execution, communication and partnership skills. The successful candidate will join an entrepreneurial and collaborative team that engages with a wide range of data across use cases to develop solutions to real-world problems utilizing the latest cloud technology.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage expansion of business to new jurisdictions, partnering with controls, compliance, tax, legal, product and engineering.
- Manage product change management governance forum, ensuring risks, issues and actions are managed.
- Maintain templates, guidelines, references, and resources for the team
- Design and optimize end to end processes across product and client success teams
- Design and implement contract management workflow and integration with billing systems and operations.
- Manage projects to onboard and implement tooling to enable scale and control in Business Operations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in project and program management.
- Strong executive presence & exceptional communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, curious attitude and strategic thinking capability
- Self-starter able thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment that is results-driven

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Strategy and or Client Facing experience
- Data Engineering, Data Science, Data Modeling experience
- Experience with JIRA, particularly for mapping user stories, program roadmaps and reporting
- Experience with Salesforce or Monday.com for CRM
