Security Architect

Robert Half is supporting their client, a Global Consulting Firm in looking for a Cloud Security Architect to partner with them and their end client in a various large scale transformation projects across the security space.

This will be a remote assignment with infrequent on travel working initial 12 months contract via PAYE c. £700 p/day with 1-2 days in the City of London .

The Cloud Security Architect will need experience in:

• Experience in large scale Financial Services Organisations
• Extensive Solution architect experience
• Ideally experience on working on public cloud solutions such as AWS or Azure
• Need to be able to face off to security departments and communicate with technical senior security stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders in the Finance Department to comprehend, analyse, and map out business needs and processes.
• Lead the development and implementation of new business applications and financial solutions.
• Ensure that all new systems (and architecturally significant changes to existing systems) have Security Architecture Reviews.
• Contribute to the design, and operate the Security Architecture Review process
• Ensure Security Architecture Reviews are built into the groups technology acquisition and delivery processes / software development lifecycle processes / architecture governance processes
• Attend the Security Architecture Design Forum and the Architecture Review Board(s) as needed
