About the Role:
As a Security Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in installing and maintaining Security systems to the highest standards. From responding to service calls to participating in out-of-hours rota, you'll ensure clients receive world-class service and complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Installation and maintenance of Security systems according to current standards and customer requirements.
* Responding to service calls promptly and efficiently.
* Meeting attendance times, KPIs, and SLAs.
* Collaborating with the wider team to ensure job coverage and stock maintenance.
* Continuous improvement through training and development opportunities.
About You:
We're seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering outstanding service every day. Ideally you will have:
* Experience as a multi-disciplined engineer with a comprehensive understanding of Security Systems.
* Technical background in the electrical/electronic industry.
* Familiarity with IP and analogue CCTV, intruder alarms, access control systems, and fire alarms.
* IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft Windows.
* Front-line customer service experience is preferred.
* A full UK Driving Licence and flexibility as there is a requirement to travel and work away from home.

* Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 dependant on experience
