Purpose of the Position:
As the trustee of our high-value treasures, you'll be in charge of all stock movements between our suppliers, clients, stores, and support with other ad hoc stockroom duties.
Job Responsibilities:

• Manage retail store transfers and stock movements across our London locations
• Handle PR stock loan requests, ensuring safe drop-off and pick-up
• Travel with Marketing & Product teams to offsitephotoshoots, securing our products with the utmost care
• Responsible for the safe handling of products in and out of our safe
• Collaborate with the wider Operations team for events/trunk shows, ensuring seamless stock deliveries and transfers
• Provide daily support to manufacturing teams for deliveries and production needs
• Assist the retail team with appointments and replenishment, ensuring sales teams are well-informed of stock movements
• Pack and wrap shipments during peak periods, maintaining our unparalleled quality standards
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders for smooth stock accessibility and delivery
