Job Title: Cybersecurity Business Development Manager-Partners
Location: London, UK
Experience: 8- 12 Years overall
Requirements/ Skills:
- 10+ Relevant experience in Cybersecurity in alliance management/ Consultative Sales/ BD, working with or for cybersecurity vendors
- Business creation/growth mindset; this not a BAU role. Self- starter persona
- Coachability/ learning mindset
- Ability to execute with urgency with a strong sense of self drive/ purpose
- Understanding of Cloud / Infra Security services landscape and technologies
- Ability to articulate use-cases complimented by clear and convincing communication skills
- Experience in working with Cybersecurity partners such as CrowdStrike/ Palo Alto Networks/ Cisco/ Checkpoint/ Zscaler/ MSFT etc.
- Prior experience in working in highly matrix-ed environments and Cross functional teams// GSI’s -is a plus
- Masters in Business Administration degree -is a plus
- Work through Client partners, Delivery teams and Customers alike to identify, create/ nurture opportunities and improve penetration in existing/ new accounts through demand generation strategies to drive incremental revenues
- Sales management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for Net new, renewals and upsells
- To broaden, and enhance strategic partnership in the geo, and meet Revenue and Margin goals.
- Execution of agreed joint business plan and GTM strategy (incl. partnership governance)
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior level partner executives.
- Orchestration; for deal success. Driving/ ownership of deals through their life cycle
- Market activities that improve alliance visibility & highlight HCL’s thought leadership in line with portfolio alignment with partner
- Silver Peak , Zscaler, Cato, Cisco , Cybersecurity sales certification is preferable.
