You'll be the mastermind behind their security defense, guiding an exceptional team of SOC Engineers to identify, analyze, and neutralize threats before they breach the critical infrastructure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct a group of security analysts to ensure that the security infrastructure is monitored and analyzed.

- Create and put into effect security policies and processes to guard the company against changing threats.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience running a SOC or similar cybersecurity operation.
- Exhibited proficiency in leading threat-hunting campaigns, vulnerability assessments, and incident response operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of endpoint security solutions, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR tools and technologies.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide a variety of teams.
- Analytical acumen and strategic thinking for the immediate identification and mitigation of new cyberthreats.
