Job Title:Security Operations Manager

Salary: Circa £65k + depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
- Implementing security strategy, policies, and processes in alignment with the global security strategy for the assigned market or business areaLeading and managing a team of security professionalsCoordinating security activities, risk assessments, and management to identify, evaluate, and mitigate security threats to personnel, assets, and operationsEnsuring security compliance and maintaining an assurance framework for assigned workstreamsSupporting incident management, investigations, scenario testing, and the development of security plans in collaboration with the Head of Security
Your skills and experiences:
- Strong background in investigations, incident management and handling complex crimesProven ability to work in and lead a team effectively, delivering security management and protecting high value assetsStrong understanding of security risks and mitigation strategiesExcellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levelsDegree in Security Management or equivalent professional experienceMembership of a security institute is desirable, e.g., MsyI or ASISCPP certification and/or CSMP certification and/or SRMC(A) certification is desirable
