Security Supervisor

Sodexo is on the look-out for a dedicated Security Supervisor in Essex, RM20 4AL. If you are a vigilant professional with a commitment to safety and security, then we want you to be part of our organisation! Join our team and contribute to maintaining a secure and safe environment for all!

What you’ll do: 

Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols 
Supervise support the Security team, escalating incidents to management as required
Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions
Conduct regular patrols, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence
Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
Enforce company policies and procedures
Complete details reports on incidents and observations  

What you bring: 

You must have an in date SIA Licence 
Proven experience as a security officer or relevant positions
Strong observational and communication skills
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures
