Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
• Lead the Customer Services team, ensuring adherence to security industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to customer service staff in handling security-related inquiries.
Customer Interaction:
• Oversee the management of customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints related to security services.
• Collaborate with security personnel to address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Policy Implementation:
• Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures specific to the security industry.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Training and Development:
• Provide training to customer service staff on security industry practices and standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction within the security framework.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of security industry practices and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
