Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Security Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Crystal Peaks Sheffield

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line management to all security operations.
• Act as the designated first responder to all incidents.
• Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, and security provision requirements.
• Taking ownership of the contract vehicle fleet, including maintenance and issues as required.
• Deputise for the Account Manager in their absence.

About You:

• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
• CCTV license would be an advantage.
• Competent level skills in core IT Applications.
• Judgment skills – able to understand the context and consequences of decisions and actions.
• Planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Duties include internal and external patrols, access control, reception duties, building checks and associated duties.
• Applicants must have previous experience in a supervisory role, excellent customer service skills, good Health & Safety awareness and a flexible approach to hours.
• Uniform will be provided.
