The Data and Insight team at Crisis work to manage and use our data effectively to help end homelessness.
Contract: 6-months fixed term contract
Hours: 35 per week (reduced or compressed hours would be considered in line with Crisis’ Flexible Working Policy)
Location: Flexible in line with Crisis’ Hybrid Working Policy, with regular visits to our London office.
About the role
We are looking for an interim Selections Manager to lead a team responsible for complex data selections for integrated, multi-channel communications to our fantastic supporters, working closely with our Brand, Marketing and Fundraising directorate. The team also document data procedures for third party processing and conduct vital data quality checks. Within this role you will lead the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data selections, create and embed process improvements to drive efficiencies and effectiveness, and support the wellbeing and development of your team.
The role has arisen to enable the current Selections Manager to focus on a CRM project for this fixed term period and is a great opportunity to manage a talented team
About you
We are looking for someone with experience making complex database selections for outbound fundraising and marketing communications. Crisis select data from The Raisers Edge using FastStats, however the successful candidate may have experience with different systems and tools. You will be experienced in managing and delivering projects, distributing work across a team to ensure agreed deadlines are met. You will also have experience in supporting and developing people to achieve their potential.
