The ideal candidate must have experience within estate agency at Valuer level.Local area knowledge would be preferable with experience dealing in high end property.A go getter,someone that is hungry for success,able to manage their own diary,someone that is looking to work with a company to grow their own business.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.
Salary package and benefits for the Self-employed Estate Agent position include:

• OTE £80,000 to £100,000 Year 1
• OTE £150,000 to £200,000 Year 2

• Have estate agency experience at Valuer level,experience in high end property
• Be target driven
• Be well spoken and presented
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have outstanding organisational skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
