Self Employed Personal Shopper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our team. As a Personal Shopper, you will assist customers in selecting products, providing recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in locating and selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide personalized shopping services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Uphold high standards of customer service to build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Keep abreast of product trends and developments to offer informed recommendations

Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proven experience in upselling or cross-selling products is a plus
- Proficiency in phone etiquette for interacting with customers
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other languages, are advantageous for serving diverse clientele
