Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant with a heart for supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Axcis Education are seeking a dedicated individual to join a SEMH Primary School to provide in class support for children aged 5-11. The role will be working with children with SEMH needs who present with challenging behaviour as a result of their needs. The role will involve 1:1 and group work as required. Working hours for this role are 08:30-15:30, Monday – Friday and term time only with daily pay rates from £90 - £95 depending on experience. The role is temporary, to start ASAP and is ongoing until the end of the academic year with the potential to continue to the new academic year for the right candidate. The school is based in Tameside with popular network links making it easily accessible for all. You must have experience working with children with SEMH needs however, this does not have to be education based experience. You must have a DBS registered on the update service.
