Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
- Manage challenging behaviors with patience and understanding.
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing SEMH needs or challenging behaviors, preferably within an educational setting or similar roles such as care homes, police, or military.
- A compassionate approach and strong communication skills.
- Availability to start immediately.
