The Role:
As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized support and guidance to students, helping them navigate their educational journey with confidence and resilience. Your understanding of SEMH needs and strategies will be instrumental in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
In this role, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized plans that address the unique needs of the student. Your patience, empathy, and strong communication skills will be key in building positive relationships and fostering a sense of belonging. By implementing effective behaviour management techniques and promoting emotional well-being, you will empower students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential
