Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
- A genuine passion for early years education and supporting young learners, especially those with special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude to inspire and engage young students.
