About the Role: As a SEN KS3 Science Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education to students with special educational needs. Your expertise in Science, combined with a commitment to inclusive teaching practices, will help create a supportive learning environment tailored to the needs of each individual student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons for Key Stage 3 students with diverse learning needs.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles.
- Collaborate with the SEN department to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Specialism in Science with experience teaching Key Stage 3.
- Proven experience working with students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
