This SEN Learning Support Assistant role is based in a lovely secondary school in Morpeth that's big creating a nurturing environment with great team spirit.

Through this role, you'll be supporting students who have additional needs ensuring they can get the most out of their lessons. Your support will play a vital role in ensuring students' needs are met so that they can thrive. Not only that, the relationships you build with each student will encourage them to feel engaged, motivated, confident and happy while learning.

- Full-time: No weekends (Monday – Friday)
What We Are Looking For:
- Hold a completed bachelor's degree
- Enthusiastic and resilient individual who prides themselves on working hard and aiming high
- Empathetic and able to build strong relationships with others
- Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (ideal but not essential)
- Passionate and committed to making a difference to children's lives
- Loves learning new things and developing their skills
