Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead and develop office staff, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and school policies.
• Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies to support the school's mission.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a business management role, ideally within an educational setting.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for contributing to the development and success of an SEN environment.
