Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to students with special needs, including personal care tasks.
- Assisting teaching staff in implementing education plans and behavioural interventions.
- Facilitating classroom activities and supporting students in their learning journey.
- Building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to promote a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with special needs preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in caregiving or education are advantageous but not essential
- 6 Months Minimum working within the care sector
