Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
Duration: Immediate start until the end of the academic year
Pay Rate: £85 per day
Working Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs, including SEN and behavioural challenges. Your dedication and support will contribute to creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with SEN and behavioural needs.
Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and demonstrate strong behavioural management skills.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure personalised learning experiences.
Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students' social and academic growth.
Engage in activities that promote independence and confidence among students.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with students with SEN or behavioural needs (desirable).
Strong behavioural management skills and the ability to implement effective strategies.
A caring and patient approach with excellent communication skills.

Relevant qualifications in education or related fields (desirable but not essential).
