Role Overview:
- Collaborate closely with our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to implement effective support strategies for students with diverse learning needs
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support interventions
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the ongoing assessment and review process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of SEN practices and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting students with SEN
- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training as required
