Position Details:
- Hours: 18 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible over 3 or 4 days
- Hourly Rate: £12.5 per hour
- Duration: Temporary until the setting appoints, with potential for permanent position
Responsibilities in the SEND Department:
- Assist in maintaining accurate student records
- Support with data entry and documentation
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Liaise with staff, students, and external agencies
- Provide general administrative support to the department
Requirements:
- Experience in administration, preferably within a SEND department
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection regulations
