SEND Data Input Officer

£180 - £200 per day (paid via an umbrella company)

Minimum 3-6-month assignment with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis.

Fully Remote working offered.

We are seeking an experienced SEND Business Support Officers who have experience in Data input and migration for a role we are recruiting for.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced data entry person to work for the local authority and migrate EHC plans into an online portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand the content and structure of EHC plans in Word documents.
• Copy and paste the relevant information from the Word documents into the corresponding fields and sections in the EHC Hub platform.
• Ensure that the formatting, spelling, grammar, and punctuation of the EHC plans are consistent and accurate in the EHC Hub platform.
• Check and verify the accuracy and completeness of the data entry and report any errors or discrepancies to your Senior Officer.
• Extracting key information from the EHC Plans for data analysis
• Follow the data protection and confidentiality policies and procedures of the local authority and the EHC Hub platform.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience in data entry or a similar role.
• A good level of education, preferably with a qualification in SEND or a related field.
• Knowledge of EHC plans and frameworks for SEND.
• A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office applications.
• A fast and accurate typing speed and attention to detail.
• A good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
