About the Role:
As a Senior 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our client's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Offer expert-level support for Azure, SharePoint, Office 365, and Cisco Networking.
Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior support staff.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a 3rd Line Support Engineer, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.
Expertise in Azure, SharePoint, Office 365, and Cisco Networking.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience providing mentorship or training to junior team members.
A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications in Azure, SharePoint, Office 365, or Cisco Networking.
Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
Experience in scripting or automation for system administration tasks.
