Senior Customer Service and Operations Manager

Salary :£37,000 - £40,000 per annum
My client a leading fashion brand known for their innovative designs and commitment to customer satisfaction are looking for a dynamic Senior Customer Service and Operations Manager to elevate their CUSTOMER SERVICE department and streamline their operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Manage the purchasing of footwear and apparel for the Company
- Customer and supply chain admin
- Manage the samples, purchasing and sales
- Raise, maintain and invoice sales orders in line with purchase orders
- Manage Free-On-Board (FOB) prices and selling prices by customer -£/$/€
- Manage samples from development between supplier, brand director and customers
- POE Submission to factories
- Prepare margain sheets to help with price negotiations
- Handle warehouse allocation and delivery
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, partners to ensure timely delivery of the products
- Collaborate with the product development team to plan and manage the production process
Requirements:
- Relevant industry experience
- Self motivated and pro-active
- Highly competent IT skills- Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
