Senior Account Handler

Are you a Account Handler with commercial insurance experience, seeking a new role in Lichfield?

THE OPPORTUNITY:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Account Handler to work for an established, independent insurance brokerage in the Lichfield Area working among cross class insurance.

With business rising rapidly, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to secure a role with a leading business where career and progression opportunities are excellent.

This role will be operated under a hybrid-working model, with a combination of working from home and their there Edgbaston Satellite office or the Lichfield office.

THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to clients in dealing with their renewal and new business insurance arrangements. You will guide, organise, and secure effective cover to best meet client insurance needs. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Direct renewals & Account Executive Lead Renewals.
- Premium from £250.00 to £500,000.00.
- Own Work allocation, day to day handling of mid-term adjustments, invoicing, pre-renewal preparation, going into the market for alternative quotes/renewal terms.
- Working closely with Directors & developing relationships with clients.
- Opportunity to study for Professional Exams

YOU:

- This role will suit an individual with commercial insurance experience, seeking the opportunity to further your career in the insurance broking arena.
- An intuitive individual, with a keen desire to continue improving your insurance knowledge and be willing to work towards your Cert CII.
- Excellent communication skills are a must, both in a verbal and written manner.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieving results and providing the best possible service to clients.
