About the Role
Are you an Account Manager with experience of working in the Education and the creative sector?
At Ravensbourne University London we are looking for two Senior Account Managers to join our Directorate of Innovation Industry and Enterprise.
The Senior Account Manager will manage a range of projects including work-based learning projects and others outside of the directorate. The role will also involve creating and maintaining a range of external partnerships, whilst ensuring commercial projects are on are time and on budget.
Reporting to the Director of Innovation Industry and Enterprise, you will be working closely with the Knowledge Exchange and Research team, also the Partnerships team.
You will improve student engagement, retention and exposure to the creative sector and contribute to the newly formed ‘Work Based Learning’ function which will be implemented in 2024.
About the Candidate
This is an great opportunity for candidates who are passionate about Account Management with a background in Higher Education and the creative sector.
The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in the delivery of the work-based learning unit, in addition to supporting projects related to Knowledge Exchange and Research plus Start Up Labs.
The successful candidate will also support the Director of Innovation, Industry and Enterprise the Head of Creative Lab, Partnerships and Knowledge Exchange and Research in delivering and implementing the wider strategy related careers, Innovation, and partnerships.
You have….
- Experience of working in Further Education/ Higher Education and the creative/tech industries.
- Professional and academic knowledge, with an ability to deliver successful projects.
- Great stakeholder management skills up to senior level
- Experience of building and maintaining relationships within all areas of the creative sector.
- Experience for leading and developing teams in a creative/ tech or fashion environment.
- An ability to generate, and design imaginative engagement and learning strategies related to curriculums.
- Good organisational skills with an ability to engage with students directly with their chosen industry.
- An ability to deploy commercial experience into creative learning and teaching methods.
