The Studios team sit within key Havas locations. This is a hybrid role will be based out of Havas’ HKX building in King’s Cross, with the candidate needing to be in the office 3 days a week.
Delivery focused
- Confident and meticulous in executing omnichannel campaigns and projects, including but not limited to; print, press, D/OOH, digital, TVC/OVD/BVOD and languages
- Confident supporting the team with complex projects or escalated delivery-focused issues, and enthusiastic about setting examples for best practice in this space
- Fully versed in production techniques and timelines and can fluently talk to clients and internal teams about production recommendations for both localisation-specific and creative approaches

- Comfortable and confident leading client relationships at various levels, leading and supporting the team in executing projects across a range of channels and briefs to client satisfaction
- Understands a centralised agency-Client business-model, and the challenges and expectations within that for both your Client and that the Client has for their agency partner(s)

- Working with the CSD to track and stayed informed of the revenue of their clients’ business
Previous experience & Industry background:
- 4+ years of experience in client services, within a creative or marketing business
- Experience working up-stream with creative partners to guide better production
- Experience working closely with media partners to shape briefs and guide delivery best-practices
- Experience working in a regionally-centralised marketing services model
