Job Description Summary :
Prose on Pixels is an integrated global production business, spanning the full range of content production capabilities. We have studios in London, Prague, Costa Rica, New York and Chicago – this will be followed by further studios in key strategic locations around the Globe. We work with some of the world’s most iconic brands.
Our capabilities span film, audio, print, photographic and digital content production, encompassing content origination teams and a wide range of post-production facilities.
The Studios team sit within key Havas locations. This is a hybrid role will be based out of Havas’ HKX building in King’s Cross, with the candidate needing to be in the office 3 days a week.
Job Description :
The Role
This role will support the Client Services Director in managing a key piece of European business for Prose on Pixels, with Clients and colleagues primarily based out of London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt. It is an integrated global piece of business for Havas, who own the media, production and creative relationship and you will be a senior point of call for clients for production. You will be managing and executing adaptation, localisation and production campaigns and projects for this audio account as we go through a busy period, and supporting the team and wider business on a financial brand and ad-hoc projects where appropriate.
You will be responsible for the ongoing care and project execution in both the day-to-day and future planning for your clients and report into the Client Services Director.
We are looking for somebody who is:

Delivery
focused
  • Confident and meticulous in executing omnichannel campaigns and projects, including but not limited to; print, press, D/OOH, digital, TVC/OVD/BVOD and languages
  • Confident supporting the team with complex projects or escalated delivery-focused issues, and enthusiastic about setting examples for best practice in this space
  • Fully versed in production techniques and timelines and can fluently talk to clients and internal teams about production recommendations for both localisation-specific and creative approaches

Great with clients
  • Comfortable and confident leading client relationships at various levels, leading and supporting the team in executing projects across a range of channels and briefs to client satisfaction
  • Understands a centralised agency-Client business-model, and the challenges and expectations within that for both your Client and that the Client has for their agency partner(s)
  • Always knows the state of their client relationship and proactively seeks to manage issues before they arise, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client KPIs are met
  • You should be fully immersed in the client’s business, offer council and guidance to help shape the direction of the work

  • Inspires and motivates their whole team – and the teams they interact with

  • Constantly work with the team to spot opportunities for improving ways of working, and documenting, improving and building process to make our work more efficient and effective
  • Work with leadership and their team to ensure client accounts are resourced appropriately, and identify opportunities for new collaboration within the Client relationship

Financially astute
  • Confident estimating and invoicing projects and campaigns accurately and punctually, in line with both our business’ and client financial deadlines
  • Comfortable managing necessary third-party costs and supporting the team in tracking and managing these
  • Actively tracks and reconciles projects and campaigns and ensures they are running profitably and on-time, and supports their team in doing the same
  • Working with the CSD to track and stayed informed of the revenue of their clients’ business

Previous experience & Industry background:
  • 4+ years of experience in client services, within a creative or marketing business
  • Experience working up-stream with creative partners to guide better production
  • Experience working closely with media partners to shape briefs and guide delivery best-practices
  • Experience working in a regionally-centralised marketing services model
