A well established and independent, global full-service Communications Agency specialising in the finance, tech and climate transition industries. Your new role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be working with the agency's largest and most exciting clients, ranging from rapid growth companies to established companies wanting to grow their brand. Your client portfolio will include leading fintech and payments clients based in the U.K. and New York. You will be reporting to the managing director and will be supported by the agency's in-house training programme.
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day client relationships, managing team planning, creating compelling content, junior team member mentorship, providing smart industry insight to clients and growing existing and new business through face-to-face meetings. Travel may be required from time to time.
What you\'ll need to succeed
- 4 years\' communications experience in Fintech or Financial Services - from an agency setting is a bonus.
- Experience in B2B content writing.
- People management experience.
- Implement and deliver client plans and pitches face-to-face.
- Ambition to progress within the agency.
- Right to work in the U.K.
What you\'ll get in return
An annual salary of up to £50,000 DOE plus a discretionary performance based bonus and private medical insurance. You will also receive 25 days holiday in addition to the 8 bank holidays, as well as an additional half day in each of the summer months (June, July and August). The agency also offers internal learning opportunities through their on-site global training platform and offers an annual £80 contribution to the purchase of any sports clothing, equipment or joining of a gym. There are also opportunities to work in their offices around the world and attend their bi-annual global conference.
