Senior Account Manager | Independent Experiential Agency | West London
The Client:
Harmonic operations are excited to partner exclusively with a London based Independent Experiential Agency, on their search for a Senior Account Manager. You’ll be working on fully integrated multi-channel campaigns, on their flagship account.

Role:
You will take the lead on the flagship account in the 2nd arm of the business that has been growing at an exponential rate for the last 12 months, with a view to continue that as set out by their bigger than ever targets for 2024. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the activations and samplings for this client, as well as being on site for at least one day a week.
You'll work closely with project management teams and act as key client liaison to support their strategic and creative plans alongside the Account Director, due to being a small team, the right candidate will be able to communication both verbally and written to an exceptional standard both internally as well as externally...
The office is based off the metropolitan line, and just five mins walk from the exit.
The agency is open to experienced Account Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for your client business on all brand and communications planning
- Assisting the Managing Partner when setting the strategic and creative direction
- Driving account growth and profitability
- Delivering exceptional experiential campaigns
- Guiding campaigns from planning through to delivery
- Managing client relationships
- Being hands on, staffing for sampling and activations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Troubleshooting and identifying problems
- Always demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail
- Develop clear and accurate budgets and time frames for all campaign elements.
- Delivering pre-agreed KPIs
What we need to see (Essential):
- A solid background on experiential accounts and working at experiential agencies.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple clients and projects at one time.
- Sampling, activations and staffing experience
- Ability to develop and deliver an impactful campaign from the client brief.
- In depth cultural understanding of target audience
- Excellent communications skills
- A master of developing and nurturing relationships - both internally and externally
- High degree of resilience and ability to remain calm, engaged, and in control in all situations.
- In depth understanding and knowledge of your client’s business, and participation in long-term business planning.
- Positive mindset bringing solutions.
- A social, fun, and outgoing personality
Location: London (Hybrid 2 days in office, 1 onsite)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus +10% bonus
