Chase & Holland are excited to be with an innovative business who are currently going through a strong period of growth and are looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to join their friendly customer services team. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager you will be the first point of contact for customers taking ownership, ensuring a consistent and efficient end to end service for customers. You will be supporting the Account Director to build and maintain relationships.
This is a great opportunity and will suit someone who has excellent Account Management experience along with a positive, proactive approach.

- Work with other Senior Account Managers to support all members of the team and delegate

- Point of escalation for customer complaints
- Support team to deliver resolutions for ongoing service issues
- Support and organise team workload to ensure even task distribution and that all customers receive the best possible service
- Work with internal departments to formalise better ways of working to reduce process and increase value to customers
- Formalise and document best practice for processes across your team
- Co-ordinate internal departments and external suppliers to deliver projects on time and to customers’ expectations
- Provide support and training for new and existing team members
- Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on ongoing projects
- Contribute to resource planning for any absence across the team and to support project work
- Provide monthly reporting to Commercial Manager on individual and team KPIs
- Work as part of the wider customer services team to ensure all customers receive the best possible customer experience
- Work as part of the customer Account Management team supporting the Account Director on client meetings and projects when necessary
- Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- First point of contact for customers facing technical issues with online ordering platform
- High standards of verbal and written Mathematics and English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong Account Management or Customer Service background
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be highly organised and able to prioritise
