The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright Group is delighted to be leading the search for an Senior Account Manager to join a fast growing SaaS business. This is a fantastic solution-based, retention and upsell focused opportunity that would suit a proactive, dynamic individual who is keen to act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador. This role will involve meeting clients in person with travel mainly in the South/South East of England.
Role Profile:
• Achieve commercial targets for both renewals and upselling opportunities
• Provide a first-class customer experience at all times to a portfolio of customers
• Meet with high worth clients on regular basis
• Provide expert advice in the company products and services and be a trusted advisor for customers
• Ensure a positive and professional image is projected so effective customer relationships are built and maintained
• Effective reporting and forecasting on the status of the accounts
• Secure appointments and undertake quarterly customer reviews
• Complete all associated customer correspondence and administration tasks to a high standard and in a timely manner
• To ensure the CRM (Salesforce) is kept up to date detailing all customer contact and business secured and with prospects and customers
• Invest time in keeping up to date with the company products and services as they develop
• Invest time in keeping up to date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities to increase revenue and build relationships
• To build and maintain good working relationships with key colleagues
Person Specification:
• A results driven individual with experience of managing a portfolio of accounts
• Experience managing enterprise accounts would be advantageous
• An understanding of construction/building products manufacturing would be highly beneficial
• A track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets – namely customer retention and upsell
• Demonstrable experience in a sales/target driven environment.
• A strong customer focussed approach with a positive, can do attitude
• B2B Sales/account management experience
