Who are you?
Firstly - you are a true relationship builder and essentially Your clients absolutely love you! Your stakeholder management skills are second-to-none and you work tirelessly to ensure your clients projects are scoped, quoted, tracked, resourced and most importantly, delivered to the only the highest standard.
You have the ability to work autonomously and this is where you absolutely thrive. You have that meticulous ability to get under the skin of your clients needs and sometimes be able to convince stakeholders what the best courses of action without the need for management or more senior approval.
It's important that you also have a good handle on the financial management side of things too - keeping budgets in place, creating accurate cost estimates and raising invoices for all projects!
You'll be the face of the agency when dealing with your cusromers and its important that you consistently manage their expectations and can interpret briefs efficiently.
Naturally you will be a multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple projects at any one time! with incredibly strong attention to detail! You will know exactly how to take a client brief - Interpreting them into clear and comprehensive creative briefs to the wider studio team.
Ideally, you are going to be from an Agency background- You'll just understand the pace and complexity that comes with working across multiple brands.
I'm looking for an Account Manager with high energy and bounds of enthuiasam. You will love working in a fast-paced environment where requirements can often change at a moments notice!

Up to GBP46,000 base plus bonus and wider benefits - Ideally you will be flexible to work from their Northamptonshire HQ twice a week where you will get the chance to rub shoulders with a talented, wider team of Account Managers and Directors who will have your back from Day One
