Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and preparing statutory accounts and tax computations.
- Preparing P11Ds and Corporation Tax computations, including the submission of CT600’s and revisions.
- Interpretation of accounts and effective communication with Senior Management and Clients.
- Liaising with HMRC when necessary on behalf of clients.
- Proficiency in understanding Corporate restructures, Capital Gains Tax, Income Tax, Inheritance Tax, etc.
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA) or qualified by experience.
- Proficiency with cloud software such as Xero and Quickbooks.
- Ability to build maintain strong client relationships.
- Capability to provide technical training to colleagues.
