SalaryA fantastic opportunity to join this long-established and respected independently owned firm of Chartered Accountants based in Mid-Kent.
This firm have had a strong presence in Kent for a number of years and are trusted by a broad range of clients.
Joining the firm at an exciting phase of their ongoing development you core duties will include:
- Preparation of statutory year-end annual accounts
- Meetings with clients
- Preparation of corporate tax returns
- Partnership returns & individual self-assessment tax returns
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Some basic bookkeeping work
- Overseeing the work of more junior team members and supporting them accordingly
There is the opportunity to do some audit work if you are interested but it's not essential and full training will be provided
What about you?
- ACCA/ACA qualified, or qualified by experience
- 3-5+ years practice experience
- Experience of Xero, Sage or QuickBooks would be advantageous
- Commutable from Mid Kent- Maidstone, Medway, Tonbridge, Ashford, Chatham, Rochester, Gillingham, Faversham etc…
