FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Accounts Assistant based in Dyce, Aberdeen.
The focus of this role is to prepare accurate reports, track, maintain and follow up on balance sheet control accounts and prepare monthly revenue accruals, while providing administrative support to the finance team.
Main duties include:
* Assist with analysing balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
* Tracking, maintaining and following up on balance sheet control accounts
* Liasing and providing information to operational departments
* Prepare accurate reports as required (e.g. weekly, monthly etc) in a timely manner
* Prepare monthly revenue accruals as required
* Liaise with team members, internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved in a timely manner. Liaise with manager on any issues or concerns with the documentation to be processed.
* Provide general administrative support to finance team and carry out the administration
Suitable candidates should have the following:
* 2 years previous work experience within a finance environment (essential)
* Working knowledge of using SAP or a similar Finance package
* Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
