New Permanent job for a Senior Finance & Operations Administrator in Aberdeen

Attractive career opportunity for an experienced Senior Finance & Operations Administrator to join our client's thriving business in Aberdeen.

This a varied role with a key focus on financial coordination and administration. You'll use D365 , so any knowledge or experience of using this system would be a distinct advantage.

About your new role:

• You'll be part of our clients Accounts department, reporting into the Financial Controller.
• You will assist with all-round account tasks and provide cover for other coordinators as required
• You'll manage Financial Administration for the department ensuring all invoices are checked, processed and sent
• You'll be required to use the D365 system, also known as Dynamics 365
• Build relationships with customers and manage internal/external enquiries
• Ensure period end close activities are performed in line with finance timetable
• Ensure that all work is carried out within QHSE guidelines and procedures
• Provide office and admin support where required - monitoring mailbox, answering calls, order supplies, assist with reporting and presentations, support the management team on any corporate tasks when requested.
• You'll also have the opportunity to learn and progress to support operations and logistics administration; systems and process training would be provided.

About you:

• Experience in a similar role - ideally in the Oil & Gas industry
• Highly experienced and competent in finance administration
• Experience using D365 would be very advantageous
• Attention to detail and customer focussed
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Knowledge of customs procedures and logistics/rental/repair administrative tasks would be advantageous but not essential.
