RG Consultancy are working with an excellent, medium sized company who are based on the outskirts of Blackburn, Lancashire and are looking for a Senior Accounts Clerk to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role is reporting into the finance manager and will be joining a team of 6 within the department.
Your focus will be mainly on supporting with the purchase ledger however duties will include:
- Processing high volume invoices onto SAGE
- Matching invoices to PO and goods in
- Complete monthly CIS deductions
- Making weekly BACs payment runs
- Process company credit cards
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Liaising with warehouse and other departments to resolve queries
- Other ad-hoc duties
