SalaryWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Manager for a client based in Corsham, Wiltshire to join a flexible, friendly, experienced team of accountants, book-keepers, tax specialists and payroll professionals.
As a Senior Manager you will play a crucial role in leading a talented team and guiding your clients to financial success.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing strategic financial advice and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage, become a mentor.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts.
Drive process improvements.
Requirements:
Ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills and decision-making skills.
Proven experience in management in an accountancy firm.
In depth knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and taxation.
You will be provided with:
