Description
- Oversee the Accounts Payable functions including invoice and expense processing
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of suppliers
- Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier statements
- Resolve any financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
- Prepare payment runs and process BACS payments
- Maintain supplier records and build strong relationships with suppliers
- Contribute to the production of monthly management accounts
- Support the finance team in achieving departmental objectives
Profile
A successful Senior Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
- A strong background in Accounts Payable
- Experience in VAT and CIS
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
