Senior Accounts Payable Specialist (SAP) - £35.000 - £40.000 - Windsor - Hybrid - 8 month FTC

Robert Half have engaged with a fantastic business based in Windsor who require an Accounts Payable Controller for a period of 12 months. The suitable candidate will have a great understanding of Accounts Payable as well as other areas of transnational finance.

Key duties:

• Entry of invoices, credit cards and expenses
• Weekly bank reconciliation of bank accounts
• Take ownership of supplier statement reconciliation process
• Provide expertise and act as first point of reference to resolve issues
• Drive to suggest and implement process improvements
• Payment of invoices
• Direct Debits
• Reconciliation' including ICY
• Bank - In Charge of the authorization schedule and signature card
• Make sure ICY AP is aligned with ICY suppliers
• Bring 3-way-invoice-matching to the next level
• 1st point of contact for the UK with suppliers, timely resolution to outstanding queries.
• Ownership of relationship with Breda for invoice flow for the UK.
• Resolve queries around delivery discrepancies and pricing issues
• Management and resolution on goods receipt ledger
• Support with Annual Audit requirements

What you will need to be successful:

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Available at short notice
• Team player
• SAP experience (essential)
