What we are looking for:
Our client's growing success means they need a meticulous Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to champion accuracy within their Finance Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on their fast-paced operations.
What you will do:
- Ensure timely and precise processing of invoices, both PO and non-PO.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, resolving queries with speed and professionalism.
- Handle credit card statement reviews, collaborating effectively with cardholders for complete documentation.
- Prepare weekly payment runs and meticulously reconcile supplier statements.
- Proactively investigate and clear open items and debit balances.
- Champion accuracy with AP ledger reconciliations.
What you need:
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable practices, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- Exceptional accuracy, a knack for numbers, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A collaborative mindset with the self-motivation to excel.
- Experience working with an ERP system and strong Excel skills.
What you will get:
- A salary of GBP12,000 -GBP15,000
