The role of Senior Administration Officer at Cupernham Junior School
The main responsibilities will be financial administration and control, human resources and managing the smooth running of our highly effective office team. Other aspects of the role are set out in the job description. Please contact the school office if you require an application pack.
The Senior Administration Officer will support the School Business Manager with the financial administration and control at the school; at times, it will be expected that the Senior Administration Officer may deputise for the School Business Manager in carrying out both financial and HR tasks. Duties also include supporting the headteacher in planning, preparation, management and monitoring of the budget, including budget revision and reporting to the governors.
The role also involves overseeing aspects of human resources for the school. The main aspects in this area include administrative duties relating to the appointment of all staff including the process of recruitment, issuing of contracts and documentation and payroll.
