Pay: £14.29ph
Availability: Start date 04/03/24 (16 week minimum!)
Reed are excited to be working with a national retail client with head offices based in Manchester city centre. This client is expanding their Privacy team due to increased workload. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a lovely team of 7 and develop in a newer, growing sector of the business.
The role:
- Large scale inbox management
- Respond to customer queries via emails and letters
- Fulfil Data Subject Requests in a timely manner ensuring the correct procedures and responses are used
- Identify opportunities for Privacy process improvements
- Advise other Group departments in relation to data related complaints or requests
Experience:
- High level administration experience
- HR/ Compliance/ Retail background (desirable but not essential)
- Inbox management in a very busy environment
- Experienced in using CRM's, Outlook & Excell
