About The Role

This contract is 26.25 hours per week until 31/12/24.

The Senior Administration Assistant will report directly to the Project Manager, and provide a high standard of administrative support for the Technocamps/IoC in Wales project.  

The successful post holder will be required to work as a member of the Technocamps Team processing participant data over the lifetime of the operation. The role will involve the processing of participant and contact data, the creation of records on a central database and subsequent data entry. The post holder will be involved in all aspects connected with the smooth day-to-day running of the operations activities including the Technocamps School Workshops and Events and provide key administrative support to the Schools Liaisons Officer, Finance Officer, Business Liaison Officer and Communications Officer. 

Applicants must be educated to GSCE level standard or equivalent experience, and have proven administrative skills with relevant experience, in a busy office environment. Excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and in particular, experience in the use of databases as data entry. Applicants must show attention to detail and produce accurate work. 

Applicants should have excellent inter-personal and communication skills and evidence of working collaboratively within a team.
