Our client, a leading provider of Managed Print and AV solutions, is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer with a minimum of 2+ years' experience to join their growing Engineering team. Based in Dublin, you'll play a crucial role in managing customer support tickets with a strong sense of urgency.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years working in a similar IT Support/Helpdesk role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience with customer support ticketing systems.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of IP networking (firewalls, routers, wireless networks, managed switches).
- Experience with Office 365 setup and administration.
- Familiarity with remote desktop technologies (TeamViewer, RDP, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft server technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WDS).
- Experience with Microsoft client operating system installation and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Print and AV support tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Provide remote technical support for Managed Print and Digital Solutions.
- Assist Managed Print customers with issues such as print driver and scan to email problems.
- Support Digital Signage customers by diagnosing and resolving media player and service-related issues remotely.
- Offer technical support for internal customers, including desktop support, email issues, and new user setups.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate ticket resolution.
Desirable:
- COMPTIA certification.
- Experience in AV support/Managed Print support.
- Microsoft certification.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ConnectWise Manage.
- Knowledge of Managed Print software (HPAC, Papercut).
