SalaryWe are currently looking to recruit a Senior Administrator for our Client based in Nottingham.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the administrative support across the business and cover in the absence of the Office Manager, offering support, supervising the team and delegating where needed.
To be considered for the Senior Administration role, you ll require the following essentials:
- Recent or current experience within an administration role
- Experience of managing & supervising a team
- Ideally hold or be willing to undergo First Aid at Work
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Works well under pressure
Reporting to the Office Manager, you ll be working in a busy environment therefore must be able to multitask and show strong communication and interpersonal skills. Within this role you will also be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and other relevant checks.
Within this position, you ll be:
- Responsible for administration duties and distributing paperwork
- Booking & organising meetings, venues and transport
- Ensuring information is up to date and uploaded on to the internal system
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Managing diaries and calendars
- Setting up payment methods, agreeing payment plans where appropriate
- Monitoring & tracking payments
- Chasing any outstanding payments
- Managing and overseeing 2 staff
- Monitoring stock levels
- Providing quotations in accordance with the lettings policy & procedure
- Ensuring hirers have the adequate insurance cover in place
- Maintaining an efficient schedule of lettings
- Seeking new opportunities for revenue generation from current customers
- Carrying out any ad hoc duties as requires
Salary & Working Hours
- £26,400 £29,700 per annum, dependant on experience
- Monday Friday, 8.30am 4.30pm
- 26 days holidays plus bank holidays
